Beat the Traffic will unveil two new television- and online-related products, including the Wiimote feature, during RTNDA@NAB 2009.
With Wiimote, TV traffic reporters can incorporate the same Wii gaming system wireless controller to move freely through their traffic maps in real time on the air. The Wiimote uses Bluetooth technology and will allow stations to offer a new and entertaining visual presentation.
For its multiplatform delivery, BeatTheTraffic.com will debut several interactive visual enhancements for online and mobile delivery. New widgets will display clean traffic maps and key route trip times designed exclusively for small viewing formats.
