Analog recording gear specialist Automated Processes (API) has released a new series of modeled plug-ins engineered for use with Waves software. The Waves API Collection is a set of precision-engineered plug-ins that digitally render the classic sound of API analog consoles and components. The series features four processors, modeled on the most popular API modules: the 550A three-band equalizer, the 550B four-band EQ, the 560 graphics equalizer and the 2500 stereo compressor. The collection is now shipping and is available from Waves.
