NBC Launches Site To Promote Sunday Night Football

NBC has introduced a website to help kick off the second season of “NBC Sunday Night Football.”
The site, sundaynightisfootball.com, is similar to websites that are used to promote feature film releases. It is designed to be a key component of NBC's promotional campaign, which over the next six weeks includes television, print, radio and internet executions and customized content in arenas and stadiums, movie theaters, taxicabs—not to mention digital billboards in New York City's Times Square.
On July 30, "NBC Sunday Night Football" was the most viewed network primetime NFL package in six years, with 17.5 million average viewers. It was the number-six show of the television season.
