SGL has announced a partnership with U.K.-based software solutions provider TMD in which TMD will sell FlashNet, SGL’s data management software.
Flashnet will be part of a package with TMD's MediaFlex media asset, workflow and resource management solution.
Mediaflex allows broadcasters to operate both a fully file-based digital media management and transmission system and a traditional tape-based environment, thus ensuring a controlled transition from one to the other.
