Sweetwater Digital Productions has launched Cobalt, a new 53-foot HD truck complete with 32 Fujinon
HD lenses and up to 20 Sony 1500 L Series cameras, according to the lens maker. The selection includes telephotos, HD studio lenses, super wide angles and ENG-style lenses.
Cobalt was deployed for high-end special event productions, beginning with the Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, Calif. The truck is scheduled for the live broadcast coverage of the “43rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards” from Las Vegas in May.
