Sundance Digital Adds New Director of Sales; Promotes Three Staffers

Sundance Digital Inc. has appointed Ty Atherholt director of sales, northeast region. The Dallas, Texas-based television automation systems company said it has also promoted Emerson Ray, Rick Stora and Scott Blair.

Atherholt's responsibilities include sales and customer relationship management for the newly created region stretching from Michigan to New England and south to the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to joining Sundance Digital, Atherholt was with Fuji Photo Film USA for eight years and rose from senior account representative to northeast director of sales. He previously served ten years as district sales manager with the professional media division at Sony Recording Media Products Group.

Ray was promoted from director of sales, eastern region, a position he has held since 2001, to the newly created post as director of strategic account sales.

Johnson said the 40-year television engineering and sales veteran "has grown our Eastern region significantly and we look forward to sharing his expertise with our key account level clients."

Stora has moved from director of broadcast operations to the new director of product development. Blair has moved from product specialist to product manager, news automation with responsibility to direct the growth of the award-winning NewsLink.
