SIS Outside Broadcasts goes wireless with Link

SIS Outside Broadcasts has ordered several L1500 wireless camera systems from Link Research for live sports production.

The L1500 offers the ability to operate in SD or HD mode, with an easy software upgrade to HD. To accommodate changing frequencies, Link offers a set of optional frequency modules. SIS Outside Broadcasts will operate its wireless cameras at 3GHz. Link Research has developed its own LMS-T and special modulation techniques to ensure that its transmitters provide optimum performance at higher frequencies.

SIS Outside Broadcasts will be able to use its Link wireless camera systems for mobile production projects with cellular diversity sites and in studios.
