Modulus Video has appointed Richard Stanfield as executive vice president of global field operations. Stanfield's responsibilities include sales and marketing of Modulus Video MPEG-4 AVC encoding systems.
Stanfield joins the company from Turin Networks, a provider of optical switching technology to telecoms where he served as vice president of global field operations. Prior to that, Stanfield was the vice president of North American Sales for Advanced Fibre Communications, a manufacturer of access products for the communications industry.
