Leitch Technology has completed the acquisition of Videotek, a privately held video equipment company. As previously announced, Leitch has agreed to acquire all the shares of Videotek for a purchase price of approximately $18 million in cash. An initial payment of $13 million has been made while the remaining sum will be paid in two installments in six and 12 months.
