Hybrid filmmaking, a wish list of HD technology and a speed round of questions and answers with industry experts, will highlight HD Expo March 9 in Los Angeles Center Studios.
The event will bring together industry experts with different perspectives on the technology propelling the advance of high definition.
Panels will include:
- The Art and Evolving Science of Hybrid Filmmaking — Cinematographers will talk about their experiences with hybrid filmmaking and the viability of digital intermediate technology as an option for posting films produced for cinema screens.
- The Technology Wish List — Listen to perspectives on what experts want from future technologies, what’s missing, and the impact of these new technologies on production, post and delivery.
- Speed Dating with Industry Experts — Participants receive five minutes with industry experts to get tips, how-to information and a view of future trends.
