President Bush intends to appoint Howard Lance, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harris Corp., to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee.
The NSTAC provides industry-based advice and expertise to the president and his cabinet on issues related to implementing national security and emergency preparedness communications policy. The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled for later this month in Washington.
