Satellite broadcast provider GlobeCast, a subsidiary of France Telecom, has promoted David Sprechman as its new CEO. Sprechman, who was formerly GlobeCast's COO and CFO, will be responsible for direction and management of GlobeCast North and Latin American operations from its Miami headquarters.
GlobeCast operates 16 offices and teleport earth stations throughout the world.
