OmniBus has named Geoff Unwin chairman of the board.
Unwin formerly served as CEO of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and currently serves as a non-voting board member while also holding the chairmanship of United Business Media, Plc, and serves as a member of the advisory board of Palamon Capital Partners.
In 1968, he joined Hoskyns Group, a U.K.-based computer services company and became its executive director in 1988. Two years later the company was acquired by French IT consultant Cap Gemini Sogeti and Unwin was the COO when Ernst & Young consulting activities were acquired.
