The FCC will again hear public testimony on media ownership issues April 7 at KAET-TV, a non-commercial station in Phoenix, Ariz., owned by Arizona State University.
So far, only FCC Commissioner Michael Copps, who called for more public testimony on the proposed media ownership changes, is scheduled to attend.
