Dielectric Communications has announced the appointment of John Chapman as broadcast general manager, based in its Raymond, ME, headquarters.
Chapman brings to Dielectric more than 20 years of experience in a technical- communications manufacturing environment. He comes to Dielectric from NetTest’s Optical Group in Beaverton, OR, where he served as president and COO.
