Leitch has appointed Sayeed Ahmed to its server division's product marketing management team.
Ahmed will represent the Digital Turnaround Processor (DTP) product line at the company's Mt. Laurel, N.J. facility.
He has a background in networking, video compression and VOD. Formerly, Ahmed worked in product management, business development and project management at OpenTV, Cisco Systems, Diva and Sun Microsystems.
Ahmed earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from NED University of Engg and Technology in Karachi, Pakistan.
