Triveni to Showcase New StreamScopes at NAB2006

Triveni Digital Inc., a subsidiary of LG Electronics, is introducing the StreamScope RM-40 and MT-40 at NAB2006.

The RM-40 remotely monitors, measures and records DTV streams carried by service providers to ensure their integrity, reliability, and compliance with standards as well as business expectations. The system supports the use of Web browsers for remote access and system configuration. The RM-40 can be monitored from any SNMP agent in the network and the small form factor unit can be placed anywhere in the broadcast network including repeater stations.

Princeton, N.J.-based Triveni Digital will also debut the real-time StreamScope MT-40, its next generation end-to-end, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 transport stream monitoring and analysis for DTV signals carried by broadcast, cable, IPTV, mobile or satellite networks.

Designed with both broadcasters and multiple service operators in mind, the MT-40 features ASI, QPSK, 64/256 QAM, VSB, SMPTE 310 and Gigabit Ethernet, plus file inputs and interfaces to the GuideBuilder metadata management systems. Stream profiling and comparison, template learning, remote monitoring capabilities, and IP routes analysis are managed via user-friendly interfaces. StreamScope MT-40 can display HD and SD audio/video programs of all ATSC, DVB, and SCTE formats.

Both the StreamScope RM-40 and the StreamScope MT-40 will be available in the second quarter of 2006.

Triveni Digital will be in Booth SU1999.
