TANDBERG to demonstrate dynamic ad insertion

The company will showcase ad insertion in time-shifted programming at NAB2009

At NAB2009, TANDBERG Television will demonstrate dynamic ad insertion and ad swapping into live, time-shifted program streams. The service combines AdPoint's Campaign Manager with the Xport Time-Shifted TV (TSTV) to give a working model for operators, programmers and advertisers to further monetize ad inventory.

Using Xport TSTV to perform dynamic ad swapping and insertion into a time-shifted stream protects the legal obligations to advertisers and provides a new source of ad revenue. The scalable solution also lowers the cost of deployment.
