Riedel Communications Inc. will present the company’s newest products, including the Compact IPx8, a 1 RU unit that converts 8 individual AES or analog signals into IP data.
It provides high quality intercommunications interfacing to IP-based networks and distribution of audio via IP. Models are offered for CAT-5, coax and 4-wire operation.
The Compact IPx8 can connect a Riedel Artist intercom matrix to a total of eight standard Artist 1000, 2000 or 3000 series control panels.
Riedel will also show its Performer C44plus intercom system, which incorporates the company’s new Audio Assignment interfacing software. This new package features a tool for editing settings on pre-programmed configurations, which are activated via DIP switches on the front of the unit. With the expansion, the C44plus can be used as a standalone intercom with a 24x24 matrix. GPI functionality allows the Performer C44plus to operate with a radio interface for integrating wired and wireless communications.
