Nucomm to highlight GoPac 2 COFDM transmitter at NAB Show
By TVTechnology published
Nucomm will feature its GoPac 2 multifunction portable COFDM transmit system at the NAB Show next month.
Designed to deliver HD or SD video coverage, the GoPac 2 is based on Nucomm’s CamPac 2 wireless camera transmitter. The GoPac 2 offers integrated HD/SD MPEG-2 encoding with low latency, dual-pedestal, variable-bandwidth COFDM (5MHz-16MHz), multiband operation (2GHz and 7GHz), variable RF output to 5W and remote control via a removable front panel.
The GoPac 2 consists of the CamPac 2 wireless camera transmitter and its companion GoPac 2 amplifier docking station. The CamPac 2 can be used as a wireless camera transmitter or attached via a standard Anton/Bauer or Sony V-Clip connection to the GoPac 2 amplifier, where it can be operated on a tripod or in a news vehicle transmitting up to 5W.
