Weather Central and MyWeather has named Victor Marsh vice president and chief technology officer for both companies.
Marsh joined ColorGraphics Systems in 1982. ColorGraphics was the original weather graphics division of what is now Weather Central. Marsh also helped found MyWeather in 2001.
