Fujitsu has introduced the IP-9400, a new MPEG-4 4:2:0 AVC encoder that reduces operational costs as broadcasters convert from MPEG-2 to AVC encoding in their HD and SD microwave, satellite and IP digital newsgathering systems.
The IP-9400 features an optional built-in DVB-S/S2 modulator and short payback, helping broadcasters increase workflow efficiency while ensuring HD and SD content fidelity and low latency.
