Peter Lisand Studio Machine will introduce a new compact camera pedestal that works both in studio and on-the-road environments at NAB2005.
The Lisand Studio pedestal is equipped with a sealed, air-charged cartridge, providing list assists for camera payloads of up to 50 pounds. If needed, an optional cartridge that can handle up to 100 pounds is available.
Operators can mount the 100 mm ball leveling fluid head to the pedestal without first converting or adapting the head to the flat base configuration.
Without the fluid head, the pedestal weighs 24 pounds.
The Edgewater, N.J.-based company makes tripods, specialized camera supports and provides custom machine services to many major camera and lens manufacturers in the United States.
