Camera Corps to make UK debut of Q-Ball

Camera Corps Q-Ball will make the UK debut of the compact, weatherproof HD/SD robotic camera system Feb. 16-18 at Broadcast Video Expo 2010, in London's Earls Court Exhibition Center.

The Q-Ball delivers remote-controllable point-of-view video reliably under practically any exterior or interior conditions. The Q-Ball is a dual-mode robotic color camera with pan and tilt, 10:1 zoom optics and infrared night vision capability housed in a robust 4.52in diameter sphere machined from solid aluminum.

Pan and tilt can be operated at any speed from 4s to 20m per revolution through an unlimited number of turns. Integral high-precision, low-noise motors allow the camera to be repositioned smoothly during live shooting.

Q-Ball’s integral camera incorporates a 1/3in 2-megapixel 16:9 CMOS sensor delivering 1080i/720p HD or 625/525 SD.
