Genesis Networks Appoints Mike Antonovich President and CEO

NEW YORK — May 7, 2009 — Paul Dujardin, founder and chairman of Genesis Networks, today announced the appointment of Mike Antonovich as president and CEO of the company, a provider of next-generation global video transmission services and operator of one of the world's most advanced video fiber networks.

Antonovich earlier served as executive vice president, global sales and marketing, and corporate officer of PanAmSat. Over an 18-year career at PanAmSat, he was a key member of PanAmSat's executive management team and was noted as the catalyst for the launch of many of the company's innovative satellite service solutions.
