Genesis Networks Appoints Mark Wallhauser Executive Vice President

NEW YORK -- July 3, 2007 -- Genesis Networks, a provider of next-generation global video transmission services, today announced the appointment of Mark Wallhauser as executive vice president.

Wallhauser joins Genesis Networks from Arbinet, where he helped develop and launch a domestic voice minutes exchange for the competitive carrier community. With more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications and broadcast services, Wallhauser, a past president of the New York Chapter of SSPI, has held senior posts at Wold Communications, idb Communications, and Teleport Communications (later AT&T).

Wallhauser will be based in New York and report to Dujardin.
