Conn. Public Broadcaster Goes Digital With Thales

Connecticut Public Broadcasting has picked Thales Broadcast and Multimedia to supply a digital transmitter and monitoring package at Fairfield-based WEDW. A Thales 5kW Ultimate solid-state liquid cooled transmitter and Thales Multimedia Products Monitoring package will be installed at the station. Previously, CPB bought a Thales DCX Millennium digital transmitter for Norwich's WEDN.
