TV Magic Launches New Support Services Group

Broadcast engineering company TV Magic has launched its Support Services Group, a new division offering one-call support, maintenance, and engineering labor services to the broadcast community.

The SSG call center at TV Magic's San Diego offices provides 24-hour phone support, system monitoring, and provision of engineers for on-site maintenance and/or operations as required. The company said the professional services offered through SSG will allow TV Magic customers to keep their systems up and running with one set annual cost and with one-call access to maintenance and service.
