Edirol has announced new support for professional high-speed USB multichannel audio with software drivers for its UA-1000 and UA-101 USB 2.0 audio interfaces.
The high-speed USB multichannel audio support has been supported for the Apple Mac’s OS X Tiger operating system. The company also supports class compliant FireWire Core Audio drivers for Mac OS.
A preview beta version of the Mac Tiger OS driver is currently available for download at the company’s Web site and the official driver release is expected by the end of the year.
