Weather information provider WSI Corp. announced the acquisition of Doppler weather radar leader Enterprise Electronics Corp.(EEC).
WSI and EEC have been working together to deliver advanced radar services since early this year.

EEC President and CEO William E. Collins said EEC looks forward to leveraging WSI’s meteorological research, software, and display capabilities to expand services to its clients worldwide.
EEC’s 53,000-square-foor facility is in Enterprise, Ala.
