vsn-JustEdit acquired Activa Software April 10, according to a company announcement.
As part of the acquisition, the entire Activa Software staff will join vsn's research and development team, and former Activa Software president Jordi Gilabert will join the vsn board. The Activa Software team will mainly focus on equipment control and IP transport. The move nearly double's vsn's R&D staff.
