Video editing and broadcast automation company vsn has acquired VDI, an engineering and technical services company in Spain.
In the last three years, VDI has advised and developed important projects for a variety of broadcast and corporate clients in Spain, including Apuntolapospo, TV3, City TV, Mediapro, XAL and Barça TV.
The company also has announced its plans to move to new headquarters in Barcelona.
