Vela will introduce its new CineView Quad MPEG decoder during IBC2003. Makers of video compression products for the cable and broadcast industries, Vela's newest PCI-based decoder supports four independent channels of MPEG-1, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 decoded audio and video.
The CineView Quad is suited for use in streaming video, hospitality, analog video servers, kiosks and content distribution, as well a variety of other applications requiring multi-channel playback of MPEG encoded content.
Vela offers a complete range of broadcast-quality SD and HD MPEG-2 board level video encoders and decoders.
