Tower Technology Summit in Vegas

People who live for towers — and you know who you are — might want to consider being in Las Vegas April 1–3 for the Tower Technology Summit.

"Wireless infrastructure" is the target audience and subjects to be tackled include the rapidly changing business environment for towers, siting permits, regulatory issues, tower economics, tower technology concerns, power problems and solutions, tower construction processes, 3G & 4G technology and towers of the future.

Speakers will hail from T-Mobile, Bechtel, National Association of Tower Erectors, General Dynamics and Green Energy Group.

On the show floor there will be approximately 100 exhibitors who have an angle on towers.

The summit is co-located with the CTIA Wireless 2009 show at the Las Vegas Convention Center. CTIA is the wireless/mobile communications professional's equivalent of the NAB. With mobile communications increasingly becoming of interest to broadcasters, that event itself may be of interest.
