SmartVideo Technologies announced June 29 that it has certified a solution for distribution of live and on-demand video content to cellular SmartPhones using Symbian operating systems. The distribution solution extends SmartVideo’s reach from less than 10 percent of the SmartPhone market to more than 75 percent.
