Guillaume d'Azémar de Fabrègues has been appointed CEO of SGT. He replaces Philippe Hauguel, who will pursue new ventures outside the company. D’Azémar de Fabrègues has 24 years of professional experience and has held leading management roles at engineering, construction and IT software companies.
In addition, SGT announced structural changes and decisions that will help SGT effectively face the new market conditions.
