Neutrik introduced its new rearTWIST BNC Connectors for HD 1080p at the 2009 NAB Show.
The new connectors, which support twice the bandwidth of HD 1080 interlaced devices, facilitate a jitter-free transmission, even with uncompressed HD 1080p signals. According to the company, the results of an independent laboratory study have shown excellent return loss values up to 4.5GHz, considerably exceeding the SMPTE requirements.
Neutrik’s rearTWIST BNC features a machined body designed for use in high-density applications. Rear boot color-coding options are available with the optional BST-BNC connector.
