The Mobile TV World Forum, being held 11–12 June at the Olympia in London, will focus on the current state and future possibilities for multichannel entertainment on handheld devices.
The meeting aims to provide a discussion forum, networking opportunities and exhibition focused on mobile television. Issues slated for discussion include consumer attitudes and behaviour, service propositions, content offerings, business models, transmission technologies and standards, content production, interactivity, advertising, regulation and more.
Announced participants include representatives from Orange, BT Movio, Vodaphone, TeliaSonera, Nokia, Telecom Italia, WorldDMB, ITV, Ofcom, the Mobile Data Association, Hutchison Whampoa Europe, T-Mobile, and MTV Europe.
A networking area and exhibition will be held jointly with the Digital Radio Show, which runs concurrently.
