Blue Order Puts FlipFactory In MAM Solutions

(December 16, 2003) Nevada City, CA--Telestream has announced that Blue Order, a global provider of Media Asset Management (MAM) solutions, has purchased and designed Telestream's FlipFactory workflow automation software into its suite of broadcast MAM solutions. Specifically, Blue Order has selected Telestream FlipFactory technology to automate the process of generating low-resolution proxy formats from high-resolution content stored on broadcast video servers.

(December 16, 2003) Nevada City, CA--Telestream has announced that Blue Order, a global provider of Media Asset Management (MAM) solutions, has purchased and designed Telestream's FlipFactory workflow automation software into its suite of broadcast MAM solutions. Specifically, Blue Order has selected Telestream FlipFactory technology to automate the process of generating low-resolution proxy formats from high-resolution content stored on broadcast video servers.

Following successful customer deployment, Blue Order is partnering with Telestream to offer automated proxy creation for other broadcast customers. Acting as a universal translator, FlipFactory will provide connectivity between Blue Order's Media Archive and legacy equipment at broadcast facilities.
