The new ArtistaNET LAN controller board with Ethernet interface from Apollo Display Technologies makes it possible to integrate a wide range of TFT LCDs over a LAN or WLAN network without the use of a client PC.
This controller board reduces overall system costs, provides ethernet speeds of 10-, 100Mb/s, supports LCD resolutions from QVGA to WXGA, and supports wireless LANs (802.11b and 802.11g). It supports TFT LCDs from five to 46in diagonal sizes, comes with an integrated four-wire resistive touch screen controller, easily integrates in LAN/WLAN networks, and supports a range of graphics formats, including BMP, JPEG, GIF and PNG.
Network configuration of ArtistaNET is over DHCP (dynamic host configuration protocol), with configuration over the Web browser surface.
