At InfoComm 2005, Adtec Digital will launch the high-definition Soloist 3 Digital Media Server, supporting MPEG-2, AVC, WM9 and VC1 in both SD and HD versions. The server is intended for use in museums, theme parks, retail applications and broadcast applications, allows for control via front panel, terminal, LAN or WAN, and has built-in logging and verification functions.
In addition, Adtec will display its Private Video Network solution, which provides security and a unified IRD with the ability to support live TV, store and forward, local spliced ad insertion and full verification, all in the single-rack unit.
