RF Extreme introduces new COFDM diversity receivers
By TVTechnology published
RF Extreme has introduced the PSRX6D portable suitcase six-way and MobilCMDR handheld two-way COFDM diversity receivers.
The PSRX6D is able to receive microwave signals from two, four or six different antennas, while the MobilCMDR can receive microwave signals from two different antennas. Both receivers select the best antenna and combine inputs to provide non-line-of-sight video reception. With the enhanced OLED screen, the monitors can be seen even in the brightness of sunlight.
RF Extreme’s PSRX6D and MobilCMDR offer diversity reception with new features, including on-screen display, Ethernet monitoring for remote-control access and IP encapsulation for Internet broadcast. They offer the ability to deliver either SD or HD (SDI) video, depending on which built-in decoder is specified. Both have a straightforward operating design and compact chassis. Optional recording capabilities are available for each.
