This year, Ligos of San Francisco will demonstrate MediaRig Encoder SD, the latest encoder in its MediaRig family of products.
MediaRig Encoder SD is a turnkey standard-definition MPEG-2 encoding system for ASTC, DVB and broadband encoding. The 1RU system, built on a high-performance server PC, is capable of dual-channel processing, with options for analog or digital input of NTSC and PAL, and SCPC/SPTS and MCPC/MPTS output to DVB-ASI, IP or file. MediaRig Encoder SD also supports Dolby Digital 2-channel audio, PSIP and PSI/SI control tables, close- captioning, bug insertion, and remote control and management of multiple encoders.
MediaRig Encoder SD will be on display in Booth SU9632.
