At IBC2009, Echolab will unveil its new production switcher, the Atem to the European market. Introduced at the NAB Show in April, the 1-M/E 3 Gbps switcher is designed for 1080p/60 production and includes four upstream and two downstream keyers and allows users to build as many as 12 layers. It features 10 mixed format inputs, with two of these accepting computer signals.
Echolab will also show its Overture MD production switchers, now available with support for 3 Gbps video. Stand visitors should also look for the company’s Conductor touch screen control integration system and Echolab’s Remote AUX panel which uses TCP/IP to communicate with Echolab switchers.
