Dielectric Communications has introduced the DeltaVee and TUM panel antennas to deliver greater flexibility to broadcasters looking to expand into mobile media transmissions or broaden the functionality of their existing installations.

Dielectric’s DeltaVee UHF panel antenna is suitable for standalone use or can be installed as part of an existing antenna array. As a vertically polarized antenna, the DeltaVee complements horizontally polarized DTV systems already in place.

The DeltaVee offers high-power handling with broadband operation from 470MHz to 698MHz and a typical VSWR of less than 1.1:1. Constructed from all stainless steel, copper, and brass, the DeltaVee is optimized for operation under severe environmental conditions.

The new TUM panel is a high-power broadband antenna with a variable polarization ratio for maximum flexibility — from elliptical polarization to full circular polarization. This flexible design allows for a wide range of omni- or directional pattern options as well as unique elevation pattern requirements, such as beam tilt and null fill.
