Chyron to unveil new graphics operating system

Chyron will show its new Lyric Pro graphics operating system, which an easy-to-use graphic tool set for broadcasters.

Using Chyron’s new interFuse Technology, Lyric Pro provides the ability to create graphics the way everyone thinks of them, namely in pieces. Multiple graphics can be merged at air time. Entry, exit and update effects are created individually for each graphic element. Persistent objects are created separately.

With Lyric Pro, an artist simply merges individual elements to create the final on-air graphic. This means that graphics can be built seconds before air, meeting the demands of today’s live on air needs.

Chyron also will highlight:

  • Hyper-X HD/SD, high definition and standard definition graphics system;
  • X-Clyps with new three and four point clip looping for on air operation;
  • Channel Box: an HD/SD switchable, turnkey branding system featuring 3-D design and controllable playout for branding applications;
  • Dynacrawl HD used to create two continuous streams of automatically updated news, sports, financial information and more.
