Astro Systems, Astrodesign introduce RGB 4:4:4 HDD recorder

Astro Systems and Astrodesign have rolled out the new HR-7400 compact, uncompressed digital RGB (4:4:4) disk recorder.

This same linking feature between units also can extend recording/playing time. Two units allows for 44 minutes; three units, 66; and four, 88.

The HR-7400 input and output are fully compliant with SMPTE 274M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 296M & SMPTE 372M. The HR-4700 also supports 8 channels of embedded audio.
