Anton/Bauer to extend ElipZ system lineup at IBC
At IBC2007 in Amsterdam, Anton/Bauer will broaden its product line with new power solutions for handheld HDV cameras.
Introduced in 2006, the ElipZ system is a battery and light with a flexible grip. The ElipZ 10K battery, which mounts under the camera with a quick-release design, weighs 20oz and provides up to 10 hours of runtime for a typical DV/HDV handheld camera.
The 6oz ElightZ delivers efficient fill light without adding weight to the top of the camera, and a new wide-angle lens accessory doubles the beam spread. The EgripZ handheld support flexes into an array of positions to enhance camera handling without unnecessary weight or tethering the camera with cumbersome belts, tubes or braces.
