Omneon has promoted Brian Kelly to vice president of sales for the Americas.
Kelly a 20-year broadcast industry veteran, will be responsible for Omneon sales and strategic growth in Latin America, the United States and Canada. He previously served as director of sales at Omneon, responsible for the eastern United States and Canada.
Prior to joining Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Omneon, Kelly held senior sales management positions at Sony, in the company's broadcast and government systems division, as well as at EMC Corp. and Electro Sound Corp.
