Leader Electronics Corp. will introduce a new video input module for its LV5800 multistandard SDI broadcast waveform monitor product.
The LV58SER03 is intended to add composite video capability to the LV5800 and provides compatibility with both PAL and NTSC signals. The module allows display of waveform information, as well as vector and picture displays along with a relative phase indication.
The LV58SER03 includes a low pass filter for isolating the luminance component in color signals and provides time and amplitude parameter measurements with the use of high-accuracy internal cursors.
Up to four LV58SER03 composite units can be accommodated within a single LV5800 instrument. Each module provides two 75 ohm inputs for composite signals.
This newest entry in Leader’s line of LV5800 accessory modules brings the count up to six.
